This wine is made in a clay amphora “Qvevri” in full accordance with ancient Georgian traditions. Gold or amber color, fascinating, bright wine has a marvelous flavor with notes of quince, pear, dried herbs, honey, walnut and light shades of mushroom are harmoniously interwoven. Impressive and long aftertaste. The wine goes perfect with Georgian cuisine especially with seafood, duck and various salads.
The wine is amber or as they call it orange, with a light amber hue, in the nose you get a lot of quince and perch and apricot, light to medium bodied with a medium acidity, very well balanced. Recommend with pizza or green salad with dates.
