The Impetum is a hymn to flavor and scent. The Pinot Grigio from Ferruccio Sgubin hails from a region in North Italy named Collio. The taste evolves toward fruity notes of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit, with a delicate mineral note on the finish. Generous, soft and harmonic, it has the typical characteristics of its grape: a good acidity in a perfect balance with a pleasant softness and good structure. As always, our wines are low in sulfites and organically produced by family-owned wineries.

The wine’s versatility and grace will tempt you to drop the pearl of your soul into a glass of this nectar. VINIFICATION : the small Vernatsch grapes come from the oldest vines in the vineyard, and were selected by hand for this wine. The fermentation began spontaneously in the wooden fermentation vat, with a ten-day maceration period. Following an eight month maturation period in barrique and big wood barrels, the wine was bottled in late-April. TASTING NOTES: this wine is a pure pleasure. Luminous ruby red, fruity aromas of forest berries and cherries, velvet tannins with a unique structure and minerality make this wine unique. An ideal wine to accompany light Mediterranean cuisine.
