2008 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon "Alexander Valley"

 Winery:  Our 2008 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium ruby color and aromatics reminiscent of cinnamon, black pepper, cassis and Bing cherry. It has a beautiful fruit-sweet core upon entry, a well-framed mid-palate, and a finish displaying roasted meat flavors and still marked by strong tannins. Given proper cellaring, this wine should improve through 2028.

Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13.9% alcohol
