If you're not happy with a wine, email us at hello@thesimplewine.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Tell Us What Happened

Let us know:

  • Which bottle(s) didn't meet your expectations
  • What specifically didn't work (flavor, cork issue, damaged in transit, etc.)
  • Photos if possible (especially for damage claims)

3. We'll Make It Right

Depending on the situation, we'll offer:

  • Store Credit for the value of the wine
  • Replacement Bottles (if damaged in transit)
  • Refund for unopened bottles after return

Our goal: Make it right in a way that's fair for you and for our small family business.

4. Fair Use Policy

  • Refunds/credits are at The Simple Wine's discretion based on the situation
  • We may require unopened bottles to be returned for a refund
  • We reserve the right to deny claims if there's evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Taste is subjective - if a wine isn't your style, we're happy to help you find a better match for next time
