If you're not happy with a wine, email us at hello@thesimplewine.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Tell Us What Happened
Let us know:
- Which bottle(s) didn't meet your expectations
- What specifically didn't work (flavor, cork issue, damaged in transit, etc.)
- Photos if possible (especially for damage claims)
3. We'll Make It Right
Depending on the situation, we'll offer:
- Store Credit for the value of the wine
- Replacement Bottles (if damaged in transit)
- Refund for unopened bottles after return

4. Fair Use Policy
- Refunds/credits are at The Simple Wine's discretion based on the situation
- We may require unopened bottles to be returned for a refund
- We reserve the right to deny claims if there's evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Taste is subjective - if a wine isn't your style, we're happy to help you find a better match for next time
