At The Simple Wine, we want you to love every bottle you open. That’s why we stand behind our wines with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Here’s how it works:

1. Contact Us Promptly

If you’re not happy with a wine, please email us at hello@thesimplewine.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Tell Us What Happened

Let us know:

  • Which bottle(s) didn’t meet your expectations

  • What specifically didn’t work for you (e.g., flavor, cork issue, damaged in transit, etc.)

  • If possible, include photos of the bottle(s) and packaging

3. Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

  • Store Credit for the value of the wine

  • Refund for unopened bottles after return

  • Replacement Bottles 

Our goal is always to make it right in a way that’s fair for you and for our small family business.

4. Conditions & Fair Use

  • Refunds or credits are at The Simple Wine’s discretion based on the situation.

  • We may require unopened bottles to be returned for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims if there is evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

  • Taste is subjective - we are happy to help match you with a better wine for next time.
