If you’re not happy with a wine, please email us at hello@thesimplewine.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Tell Us What Happened
Let us know:

Which bottle(s) didn’t meet your expectations

What specifically didn’t work for you (e.g., flavor, cork issue, damaged in transit, etc.)

If possible, include photos of the bottle(s) and packaging
3. Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

Store Credit for the value of the wine

Refund for unopened bottles after return

Replacement Bottles
