The firm yet fine tannins add support and lead to a long finish and aftertaste. This wine is based heavily on Cabernet Sauvignon, with Sangiovese and a little Merlot in the blend.

3. Tintilia 2013/2014 is an extraordinary wine from a very rare grape - Tintilia. Tintilia is a very high quality grape that is produced in very low quantity. The grape produces a unique, dark - almost purple - red wine. It is grown almost exclusively in the Molise region of Italy - a small region in south-eastern Italy, just above the boot. Hence the name: Tintilia del (of) Molise.
Fresh flowers and red fruits are the masters, giving hint of Mediterranean vegetation. The dry and juicy mouth, and tannins, dry the taste with extreme precision, leaving space for a beautiful and fragrant, fruity aftertaste. A fascinating Tintilia, it is the optimal interaction between concentration and transparency.
The etymology has Spanish origin, which indicates the deep red grapes. Wine with territorial character, rich, fresh and fascinating inebriates us with the scents of its homeland.
Grape: 100% Tintilia

Alcohol: 14,5% vol.
Primitivo wine is one of the most popular southern red wines in Italy and abroad. It is an elegant, deep and velvety wine, which seduces in the IGT Salento denomination and as well as in the DOC Manduria denomination. Our Primitivo line called 'UNO' is insoired bv the origin of the name of grape variety: from the Latin 'primativus' which means precocious, In fact, the grapes of this variety ripen earlier than the others, so they are the first to be harvested. In our wines we have always tried to preserve the intensity and fragrance of these wonderful grapes and to enhance it through skilful aging.
A unique wine obtained from Primitivo grapes only, manually harvested during the proper period, when they have reached the optimal ripening level Aging for about 9 months, in prestigious barrels of French and American wood. The DOC “Primitivo di Manduria” "1" UNO can be sold only after two years from the 31st of March succeeding the harvest.
