An intense ruby red colour. A beautiful example of mountain fruit, the aroma suggests plum and blackcurrants, embellished by hints of chocolate. Smooth on the palate it has elegant structure,  pleasant and well-balanced, full -bodied and laden with black and blue fruit. Grainy tannins and wonderful freshness, finishing with a long aftertaste. Suitable for aging for 10 -15 years.

Vinification: grapes macerated for up to 24 days; wine is matured in oak barrels for 12-16 months
