How is the wine packed for shipping?
Each bottle ships in dense polystyrene shippers built for wine, double-boxed for longer routes. We pre-chill packages in summer heat and add insulation in winter cold.
Can bottles be substituted?
Vintages may vary. If a wine is unavailable, we substitute an equal or higher priced bottle.
What if I donāt like a wine?
