100% Gewurztraminer.  Extremely delicious white wine, fruity -sweetie beginning and dry long finish! Literary reminisces of spice bazaars swept with warm breezes birthed by far-off sea-gazing cliffs. A wild urge for an imagined world, a place waiting to be explored by the curious mind of Marco Polo redux. TASTING NOTES: Complex aromas of cloves, litchi and rose petals. Extremely concentrated and structured on the palate, reminiscent of ripe fruit with Mediterranean notes and spicy reverberations. VINIFICATION: Twelve hours’ maceration on the skins, fermentation in steel, and maturation sur lie for 5 months.

Grape Variety : 100% Riesling The vines at Höfl unterm Stein are capable of producing such a delicate, lively medium Riesling in the style of the Mosel. This wine turns myth into reality. Low temperature fermentation in large oak barrels, five months aging on the fine lees in stainless steel.Straw-yellow with crisp green highlights. Delicate nose of white fruit and citrus blossom with mineral notes of firestone. On the palate a great balance of acidity and sweetness in combination with a lingering minerality. Aperitif , after dinner or dessert wine , also great with spicy dishes and shellfish 

Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc blend. Vinification :  The Riesling was produced by pressing whole grapes and fermenting them in stainless steel vats. The grapes of the Sauvignon were macerated for twelve hours prior to pressing, then a part of the must was placed into barrels for fermentation. All of the wines were stored for eight months on the yeast before beginning the assemblage in March. The wine has been in the bottle since April.  Tasting notes: The wine presents a bright, green yellow with golden reflections. The nose is evocative of gooseberry peaches, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it reveals a lively flavor full of finesse, minerally texture and juicy acidity, with citrus fruit in the aftertaste with exotic echoes. Food-Wine Coupling: pleasant accompaniment to asparagus, fish and shellfish.
