A  limited edition You must try this wine. DRY muscat wine(not sweet wine), aged in the bottle. A scent of gooseberry and sage. Its inviting freshness gives a clean and dry, fruity ending with memories of sweet fruits. Intense deep and transparent gold /orange color. This wine directly and precisely stimulates the mind and captivates the palate.  Grape: 100% Muscat Low sulfite ,non- industrual natural wine👍 The name “Maeva” has uncertain origin. It is believed to come from Meath Gaelic meaning “heady”, as the grape from which it is produced, Muscat, is vinified dry. When a Polynesian says “maeva”, he opens his home, name, and heart to the person who is in front of him. Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc blend. Vinification :  The Riesling was produced by pressing whole grapes and fermenting them in stainless steel vats. The grapes of the Sauvignon were macerated for twelve hours prior to pressing, then a part of the must was placed into barrels for fermentation. All of the wines were stored for eight months on the yeast before beginning the assemblage in March. The wine has been in the bottle since April.  Tasting notes: The wine presents a bright, green yellow with golden reflections. The nose is evocative of gooseberry peaches, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it reveals a lively flavor full of finesse, minerally texture and juicy acidity, with citrus fruit in the aftertaste with exotic echoes. Food-Wine Coupling: pleasant accompaniment to asparagus, fish and shellfish.
