Domaine Notton
Domaine Notton is a true family estate. Laurent and Céline built the domaine vine by vine starting in 2005, growing it to 17 hectares across Chichée, Courgis, and Chitry. Today the next generation is already in the vineyards. Laurent and his son Maxime work the vines together, handling every task themselves with no hired labor. The result is pure, mineral-driven Chablis grown sustainably under HVE3 certification and vinified in their modern stainless steel cellar.
