It is is a deep ruby red with an intense bouquet. On the nose, it is persistent of ripe red fruit and cherry with notes of chocolate. Crisp and harmonious, with a spicy, mineral end and cherry aftertaste.  Super Tuscan is a 2012 vintage.  You will feel Sangiovese and international varieties such as Cabernet and Merlot. The grapes for this wine are harvested exclusively by hand starting in mid September. After careful selection, the grapes are placed in small wooden crates and set aside to rest and dry.
