Dissegna Prosecco  DOC Extra Dry (Spumante) is from the magnificent hills north of Venice, where the grapes of this Spumante ripen. The wide temperature changes between day and night create an ideal microclimate that gives the wine a characteristic refinement, a pleasant freshness and an intense aroma of golden apple and meadow flowers. Well structured in taste, on the palate it is harmonious and it reveals a pleasantly lingering flavor. Grape: Organic Glera - authentic prosecco grapes . Serving Temperature: 41-43 °F / 5-6 °C.Food Coupling: Ideal as an aperitif and in any occasion that requires a toast.

Aromas and notes of ripe red and black fruits.  Sweet and soft tannins, with bright acidity. Medium-to-full bodied, very close to Italian Sangiovese (Brunello, Chianti, CabSauv "blend").An elegant and very enjoyable wine, still fresh despite the old age.
