Soave

Produced in the hilly area of Roncà on volcanic soil ,famous Soave region. Bright straw yellow color. This wine recalls a floral and varietal fragrance next to scents that recall Acacia honey, nectarines, orange peel, and marjoram. On the palate, it is fresh and salty, revealing balance, and it is also characterized by a pleasant almond aftertaste/finish. Smoothly "rolling" when drink. Grape: 100% Garganega Organic;  Serving Temperature: 8 – 10 °C Food Coupling: Starters, vegetable-based and fish-based first courses .  Vintage: 2016. Regularly tasted every month by TSW

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Complex aromas with hints of white peach, lavender flowers, honey, vanilla and tropical fruits. Good structure, full, soft and long persistence. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence. Grape: Pecorino 100% from Abruzzo. Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging brief in bottle. Alc. vol. 13%

Best White Italian wine of 2018.  100% Garganega grape. Clear yellow with gold highlights.  Strong character and extraordinary balance. A powerful and lingering fruity bouquet laced with scents of peach blossom.  Very pleasing finish. Very limited stock(actual label attached).
