Champagne Fleur Lanoire is committed to environmental and social sustainability through the standards of Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and Level 3 High Environmental Value. Certified since 2018, the company favors the purchase of wine from certified vineyards. Our philosophy is to convey the essence of several selected champagne terroirs. Because of that we have been accompanying and supporting our employees towards an approach of value and respect for the environment. In this way we are able to offer 100% vintages with High Environmental Value .
CHARACTERISTICS: Our cuvée is a champenois blend dominated by pinot noir from the Aubois vineyard, known for its unique aromatic characteristics: 27% Pinot Meunier, a very rustic vine, which turns out to be one of the most suitable for the Champagne climate. Its robustness gives structure to the wine and brings in slight notes of red fruits and black cherry. Then 10% of Chardonnay, a fundamental grape variety of the Champagne vineyard, that adds minerality to the blend.
