This wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties which are Merlot 75% and Cabernet Franc 25%.
On the palate, this wine is a powerful wine with a good balance between acidity and tannins. Ruby red color with aromas of green vegetables and chocolate. Medium bodied, extremely dry and tannic. Tart red fruit, mild vanilla oak, sour cherries, and cherry cough syrup on the finish.This wine generally pairs well with beef, lamb or game.
