We source 100% Chardonnay grapes from Cramant, Avize and Oger  ,90-year-old Grand Cru vieilles vignes, including vines that dates back to 1926, then leave them in oak barrels for seven months, blending the best of 2008 and 2009 harvests from our Côte des Blancs vineyards. Tasting notes:Notes of toasted almond, vanilla custard cream and subtle spices are all enhanced by a delicate mousse. Ideal with Game meat, Mature Comté cheese.
