Burgundy gets overcomplicated. It doesn't need to be. This set gives you three different expressions of Beaune, from bright and lifted to structured and earthy, so you can taste what real Burgundy is supposed to be without dropping $200 on a single bottle from a name you saw in a magazine.

All three are 100% Pinot Noir, hand-harvested, fermented in open vats with native yeasts, and aged in French oak. Zero additives. Minimal sulfites.

Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2021, Domaine Georges Joillot - From the limestone hills above Beaune, where the altitude keeps things fresh. Bright wild cherry and red currant with a floral lift, a whisper of spice, and silky tannins. This is the easy-drinking one. Elegant, clean, and gone before you realize it. Open it with roast chicken or a simple charcuterie spread.

Beaune "Les Mariages" 2022, Domaine Besancenot - Named for the vineyard where Beaune's wedding parties used to gather and celebrate. Red cherry, kirsch, and raspberry on the nose. The palate is layered with red fruit, earth, and fine spice with a firm but juicy structure. Aged 20 to 24 months in oak, this one rewards patience. Pair it with duck, stuffed quail, or anything with mushrooms.

Beaune Rouge 2022, Claude Leblanc - Straight from the Côte d'Or. Deep ruby, vivid red and black fruit framed by spice and minerality. Medium-bodied with supple tannins and a long, balanced finish. Traditional winemaking with gentle cap punching and restrained oak. This is the benchmark Beaune. Duck confit, pork tenderloin, or a hard cheese board pairs excellently.
