Grape variety: Nebbiolo, Barbera & Dolceto, from Piemonte.  A ruby red colour of a medium intensity; at the nose perfumes of mature fruit and marked sensations of sour cherry and currants, perceptions of tobacco; warm in the mouth, full with elegant Vanilla, scents of tobacco, liquorice wood and fruity undergrowth Aging: in barriques and tonneaux for 20 months / in bottle for 3 months. A persistent and mellow important red wine. To match with red meat and game dishes or strong taste cheeses                                                         

 Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo, Piemonte.  A full bodied wine, with an intense aroma and long persisting on the palate. Garnet deep red color with brick-red nuances.Aroma:  Intense, with good complexity and elegance, floral with notes of violet, fruity with notes of cherry , blackberry and raspberry, and spicy with notes of coffee. Taste: dry, soft, with a precise vinous flavour creating roundness, enhanced by the discreet presence of velvety tannins. Alcohol: 14%.    Maturing: in stainless steel for 6 months / in small wooden barrel for 9+ months / in bottle for 3 months Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games.  . A Typical Barbera with mature fruit and a fresh acidity. Aging : in barriques and tonneaux for 20 months / in bottle for 3 months. A persistent and mellow important red wine.
