is an Italian farm-raised cross between the Beluga and Siberian sturgeon. This caviar is milder and more buttery than traditional Beluga complemented by earthy and nutty tones of premium Siberian sturgeon. The large, firm beads are smooth and silky in texture with a brownish, grey color. This product exhibits the size and flavor profile of Beluga caviar with the speed of production of the smaller Siberian sturgeon. This unique and highly-desired caviar will add decadence to any meal.
