It is refined in small oak barrels with 500 l capacity where the malolactic fermentation takes place for a period of 14-16 months. It is bottled without filtering to preserve its maximum integrity. It is then refined in the bottle for at least 4 months. Amazing bouquet of blackberries and ripe black fruits, violets, and black truffles, with hints of graphite and spice. Well balanced on the palate, remarkable soft power and finesse, fantastic structure and velvety round tannins and a long, complex finish. 100% Sauvignon Blanc Has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The intense and characteristic scent recalls elderberry, pink grapefruit and mango, in perfect harmony. On the palate it is fresh, of excellent structure and gritty.

Grape variety: 100% famous Tokai, they are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: good acidity and aromatic complexity are the desired qualities.  The grapes are grown on a hill with marl typical of the Collio region. Grapes are soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperature of 16 °C. The wine is matured in steel tanks, aged "sur lies," until the spring to enhance the typical properties.
