I visited Nicolas in July 2025 and tasted extensively through his cellar, including older vintages rarely seen in Burgundy today.
His depth of back stock was striking. A true library of wines, carefully held and impeccably stored, something almost unheard of at this level.
The tasting confirmed what the wines already suggest. Precision, balance, and site transparency across Volnay, Pommard, and Pernand-Vergelesses. These are wines made to age, and many already have.
After that visit, importing his wines was an easy decision.
