Variety :Pinot Noir; 14,5% All Black cherry and candied raspberry aromas enveloped by slight oak in the background. With features of sweet cherry, vanilla and raspberry flavors, it has a long finish that is rounded out by a burst of cherry , bright acidity, light tannins and high alcohol content. 

Remains one of the world's most ambitious and delicious red wines. Using mostly new oak, this Gold Winner Pinot Noir has an intense ruby color; profound aromas of ripe black fruits, spicy aromas of coffee and black pepper. A full mouthfeel with an elegant tannin structure brings with it spicy, black-currant  and dark cherry driven flavors leads to velvety finish and long aftertaste.  Food Coupling: Accompanies fish dishes and grilled white meats. Deep ruby red colour. Intense bouquet and persistent nose of ripe red fruit with cherry prevalence and notes of chocolate. Crisp and harmonious, with a spicy, mineral end and cherry aftertaste. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese from Cantina di Montalcino. Late (middle of October) accurate  harvest of the grapes that must be healthy and ripe.         Production Area: the hilly areas of the municipality of Montalcino (Siena). Vinification: Pressed by natural gravity, long maceration of the peels for 15-20 days, to increase the structure and the power of Sangiovese and extract tannins and colour. To be able to tame the polyphenols present a careful processing with delicate repassing. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months (24 months in barrique and 12 months in large oak barrels) and  1 year in bottles minimum.

Grape variety: 100% Croatina(northern Primitivo /Zinfandel ); Average age of the vines: 20 – 30 years, very rear grape. Maturing: in French oak barrels for a minimum 18 months and in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. Colour: intense ruby red. Aroma: vinous, ethereal, with notes of ripe fruits enhanced by a perceptible, yet faint, hint of wood. Taste: full, rich harmonious, which expresses the fragrance of Croatina grape with aftertaste of almond, raspberry and strawberry. Alcohol: 14%    

Winemakers note: "A Jammy fruit from beginning to end starting with aromas of blueberry pie, nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth, flavors expand to include boysenberry, plum, blueberry and spice. This full bodied wine has a bold tannin structure and balanced acidity that lead to a long finish. This big wine is anything but petite.”

Blend: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Syrah, & 1% Malbec.The opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet blend, It opens with a ripe blueberry and boysenberry bouquet with hints of caramel and leather. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich and concentrated. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry with notes of acai berry and hints of vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for quite a while -a big boy wine. Winemaker Notes: Our Cabernet Sauvignon evokes aromas of black cherry, raspberry and a hint of cocoa. Flavors of black currant mingle with rose petals while supple, smoky overtones visit the back palate. A silky mouthfeel and balanced tannins create an elegant finish to this classic Napa Valley wine.

This wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties which are Merlot 75% and Cabernet Franc 25%.On the palate, this wine is a powerful wine with a good balance between acidity and tannins. Ruby red color with aromas of green vegetables and chocolate. Medium bodied, extremely dry and tannic. Tart red fruit, mild vanilla oak, sour cherries, and cherry cough syrup on the finish.This wine generally pairs well with beef, lamb or game. Variety : 100% Nebbiolo This Barbaresco comes from the vineyard in Neive and is 350 meters above sea level. The soil is with marl calcareous with a South exposure. The vineyard is composed exclusively old Nebbiolo. A traditional vinificiation of the grapes for 12 days with several pump overs during the day and a controlled temperature of 30/ 35 ° C to optimize extraction. After a rest in stainless steel for 5 months the wine matures in oak for 24 months then is left to age in the bottle until being sold. A ruby red colour with garnet reflexes. On the nose wild roses, raspberries and cinnamon. In the mouth it is dry and warm with sensations of vanilla, tobacco, leather and green tea leaves.
