A small-production Etna Rosso grown on volcanic terraces at 700–900m on the north slope of Etna, Sicily. Theresa Eccher is a micro family estate. Every bottle is hand-harvested, fermented naturally, and made to showcase pure volcanic fruit.

Bright ruby color with red fruits, cherry skin, wild strawberry, and subtle balsamic spice. Clean acidity, mineral tension, and fine tannins. A precise, elegant Nerello Mascalese blend that punches way above typical Etna Rosso.
