Production area: Bolgheri, Toscana region, provinces of Livorno, Italy. Bolgheri is a relatively young and most prestigious Italian Appelation. It is known mainly for deeply coloured, supple yet age worthy red wines, usually based on the Bordeaux grape varieties. A wine must also be aged for at least two years with a minimum of one year in oak barrels. And as each winemaker ultimately decides on their final ‘recipe,’ it makes for an enjoyable, and possibly decadent, way to discover what Super is. Grape variety: red Bordeaux blend - Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot , Petit Verdot. Aged up to 24 months in oak barrique; Color : Violet red ; This blend characterized by a complex aromatic profile of black cherry notes from the Cabernet, bold-yet-floral expression of Petit Verdot with ethereal aromas of plum, lilac, violet and sage. Full-bodied and richness that the Cabernet & Petit Verdot adds to the overall blend, its velvety tannins support a wonderfully persistent, polished finish that the Merlot adds with creamy oak notes.

It is an elegant, deep and velvety wine, which seduces in the IGT Salento denomination and as well as in the DOC Manduria denomination. Our Primitivo line called 'UNO' is insoired bv the origin of the name of grape variety: from the Latin 'primativus' which means precocious, In fact, the grapes of this variety ripen earlier than the others, so they are the first to be harvested. In our wines we have always tried to preserve the intensity and fragrance of these wonderful grapes and to enhance it through skilful aging. A unique wine obtained from Primitivo grapes only, manually harvested during the proper period, when they have reached the optimal ripening level Aging for about 9 months, in prestigious barrels of French and American wood. The DOC “Primitivo di Manduria” "1" UNO can be sold only after two years from the 31st of March succeeding the harvest.

Low stock. One of the most famous Italian wine in the World.  100% Organic Nebbiolo grape.    Hand picked selected grapes; matured in new oak barrel for 24+ months.Features a brick-red colour with orange highlights. On the nose it releases aromas of coffee, tobacco, vanilla and red berries, accompanied by violets and roses. On the palate it is imperious, powerful, elegant, smooth and mouth-filling. Please use decanter or open at least in an hour before consume.

This skillfully blended, dark ruby-red, baby Amarone produces sweet and fruity notes. A soft and incredibly smooth bouquet of red berry fruits, such as cherry and currant. In the mouth it is well bodied, generous, warm, and long-lasting. Extremely tasty wine. Valpolicella Ripasso takes its name from the particular method used to produce this wine. In February, the wine obtained from the grapes harvested in October is left to re-ferment with the skins of the grapes used for Amarone and Recioto production. With this second fermentation, the body, color, and alcoholic content of the wine is increased. Aging takes place in large Slavonia oak barrels for 1.5 years. After this, the wine rests for six months in its bottle.  Serving Temperature: 62-66 °F / 17-19° C in large glasses. 100 percent Merlot from the Collio hills of Friuli. RedMont comes from mature vines planted between 1967 and 2000 on alluvial soils with marl deposits. It is fermented at 26°C with 20 days on skins and gentle manual punch downs, then aged about 24 months in 500 liter oak barrels. Bottled without filtration to preserve purity, it rests a minimum of 4 months in bottle before release.
