Valpolicella Classico DOC 2016 (Baby Amarone)

Ruby red color with hints of violet. Characteristic perfume that is pleasant and delicate, with hints of cherries, marasca cherries, and plums. Medium-bodied, velvety, smooth and balanced. Aged 12 months .

Grapes: 65% Corvina, 10% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella 

Serving Temperature: 59-65 °F / 15-18 °C in large glasses.
Food Coupling: All kinds of pasta dishes and meat courses.
