Ruby colour with purplish to garnet tinges. It is fragrant and perfumes a mosaic of fruit, herb , notes of cherry, green pepper, sage flower and hibiscus. Silky smooth with a very drinkable approach, this full-bodied wine glides across the palate with well balanced tannins. The tannins highlight flavors of cranberry, red plum and cardamom producing a long-lasting aftertaste . Enjoy through 2027.

Vinification: grapes macerated for up to 24 days; wine is matured in oak barrels for 12-16 months. 

Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc from famous Collio sub region.
