Bright, organic Falanghina from producer Bellaria in Campania. Straw-yellow color with citrus blossom, pear, and light floral notes. Dry, medium-to-full body, fresh and well-balanced—fantastic with seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, and light pasta. Serve well-chilled (46–50°F / 8–10°C).
