Crisp, flavorful Malvasia from Puglia. Deep yellow with light green highlights; aromas of honey, acacia, and quince; fresh, fruity, and well-balanced on the palate. Perfect with seafood, white meats, and light pastas. Serve well-chilled (46–50°F / 8–10°C).
