A full bodied wine, with an intense aroma and long persisting on the palate.

IT TURNS FROM RUBY RED TO GARNET RED AS IT AGES. Aroma: LORAL TONE OF VIOLET AND ROSEHIP WIHT EVOLVING MENTHOL AND SPICY SPARKLES
Taste: STRONG ON THE PALATE, DRY AND WARM WITH GENTLE TANNINS
Alcohol: 14%.    
Maturing: 24 MONTHS BETWEEN INOX, SLAVONIAN OAK BARRELS AND BOTTLE

Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games. Perfect also for spicy Asian food. Serving temperature: 18°C in stem glassed for full-body red wines. Open the bottle at least two hours before serving.
