Ruby red. Very fine, delicate bouquets. This wine is fresh and ethereal, with flowery overtones of roses and violets, and a fruitiness recalling wild strawberries and raspberries.  Dry and lingering, with good body and balance

Grape: 100% Nebbiolo. Maturing: in  French barrels for at least 16 months,  In the bottle for a least 6 months

Serving Temperature: 64-68 °F / 18-20 °C/

Food Coupling: This wine is good with roast meats, game, medium matured cheeses
