The grapes are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: maximum maturation of skins and tannins is sought.
This wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 26°C. It remains on its skins for a period of 20 days during which the of color and structure are extracted.
It is refined in small oaken barrels with 500 l capacity where the malolactic fermentation takes place for a period of 14-16 months. At the end of this process, this wine is bottled without filtering to preserve its maximum integrity. It is then refined in the bottle for at least 4 months.

Aromas of tilled earth, Asian spice and mature black-skinned fruit come together on this hearty red. Mirroring the nose, the robust palate evokes dried cherry marinated in spirits, ground pepper and a dollop of vanilla.
Handpicked in September, the grapes are dried gently in well ventilated rooms for around 3-4 months, concentrating their flavours, sweetness and colour. In winter, the grapes are crushed, fermentation starts with natural yeast and then the must is filled into 500-1000 litre oak barrels to finish. The wine matures in wood for 30-36 months before bottling.

Located north of Beaune at the foot of the hillside, Les Mariages is a village-level appellation with classic clay-limestone soils. The name “Les Mariages” (“the marriages”) comes from a local tradition — the people of Beaune would stroll through this vineyard after wedding banquets, where different wedding parties from the neighborhood would often meet and mingle.
The wine is vinified in open vats for 2 to 3 weeks to capture the full richness of the terroir, then aged in oak barrels for 20 to 24 months.
On the nose, it is vibrant and expressive with notes of red cherry, kirsch, and raspberry. The palate is lively and layered, revealing red fruit, spice, and a touch of earth. Structurally firm yet juicy, with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. Ideal to drink from its 3rd year, with aging potential of 8+ years.
