Appearance: brilliant straw yellow color with golden highlights
Nose: Scents of crusty bread and fruit, hazelnut shades and dried figs
On the palate: Elegant and Harmonious very persistent, with a well-defined personality that makes it unique.
Perlage: very fine bubbles and refined elegance
Finish: long, strong and perfect balance                                                                     Grape: 100% Chardonnay
Average age of vines: 25 years
Alcohol: 12% vol.                                                                                                        
Serve with: excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal
