Good structure, full, soft and long persistence. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence. Grape: Pecorino 100% from Abruzzo. Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging brief in bottle. Alc. vol. 13%
