An organic Prosecco Rosé made from Glera and Pinot Nero, aged sixty days on the lees for extra freshness and fine texture. Bright pale pink with a delicate perlage. Aromas of white flowers and soft red berries lead into a light, clean, pleasantly persistent finish.

Producer notes: fresh, fragrant, and soft on the palate with a gentle, balanced profile ideal for any occasion.

Pairs well with fish appetizers, delicate first courses, and white meats. Serve at 6–8°C.
