Aged 12-16 months in oak barrique. Intense dark red in colour, PIEROFOSCO is characterized by a complex aromatic profile, where the berries and ripe cherry fruit blend with fragrant spiced notes; Full-bodied and richness that the Cabernet adds to the overall blend, its velvety tannins support a wonderfully persistent, polished finish that the Merlot adds with creamy oak notes.
