Pecorino Abruzzo "Hydria" DOC, Antonini

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Complex aromas with hints of white peach, lavender flowers, honey, vanilla and tropical fruits. Good structure, full, soft and long persistence. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence.

Grape: Pecorino 100% from Abruzzo. Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging brief in bottle.
