Why it’s special
Castel Giovanelli is Cantina Kaltern’s most elegant white, made from high-altitude Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Alto Adige, northern Italy. Aged gracefully since 2007, it shows the poise and depth that only time and mountain fruit can create. This is not your typical Sauvignon Blanc, it’s layered, textural, and quietly powerful.
Taste and texture
Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and jasmine give way to exotic fruit, herb, and a subtle touch of ginger. The palate is bold yet silky, with notes of citrus oil and spice that linger through a long, polished finish.

How to enjoy
