Grape Variety : 100% Riesling The vines at Höfl unterm Stein are capable of producing such a delicate, lively medium Riesling in the style of the Mosel. This wine turns myth into reality. Low temperature fermentation in large oak barrels, five months aging on the fine lees in stainless steel.Straw-yellow with crisp green highlights. Delicate nose of white fruit and citrus blossom with mineral notes of firestone. On the palate a great balance of acidity and sweetness in combination with a lingering minerality. 100% Sauvignon Blanc The differences in microclimates and soils make this territory unique and unrepeatable and they represent the source producing great wines. For this reason, two particular areas were selected, where the Sauvignon Petrus originates. The first one is a small vineyard, about 35 years old, located on a territory named flisch di Cormons, that is characterized by alternate layers of marlstone and sandstone of Eocene origin. The other vineyard is located just several kilometers away, but on a different hill of Pleistocene origin. It is called Flisch di Grivò. Both vineyards are exposed to the sun on their north-eastern hillside and the origin of their small grapevine plants is the result of an accurate selection. We strip leaves in the grape growing area 15 days before harvesting, in order to facilitate the synthesis and the aromatic compound evolution.

  100% Sauvignon Blanc.  The differences in microclimates and soils make this territory unique and unrepeatable and they represent the source producing great wines. The Collio DOC area is located in the extreme North of Italy, among Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. This charming borderland features ample surfaces facing south, which are perfect for highly qualified viticulture. Here, vine growing dates back to pre-Roman times, and DOC was established in 1968. These hilly areas give origin to Collio DOC Pinot Grigio , a wine which expresses the vocation and potentiality of this area full of history, tradition and energy. A great Sauvignon Blanc. Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc blend. Vinification :  The Riesling was produced by pressing whole grapes and fermenting them in stainless steel vats. The grapes of the Sauvignon were macerated for twelve hours prior to pressing, then a part of the must was placed into barrels for fermentation. All of the wines were stored for eight months on the yeast before beginning the assemblage in March. The wine has been in the bottle since April.  Tasting notes: The wine presents a bright, green yellow with golden reflections. The nose is evocative of gooseberry peaches, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it reveals a lively flavor full of finesse, minerally texture and juicy acidity, with citrus fruit in the aftertaste with exotic echoes. Food-Wine Coupling: pleasant accompaniment to asparagus, fish and shellfish.

A fresh, smooth Pinot Grigio from Ciabot in Pavia, made from old-vine fruit in the Oltrepò Pavese area. Aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus lead into a clean, rounded palate with a soft exotic fruit note. The wine is matured a bit longer in bottle, giving it a subtle dried-fruit nuance and a light, natural smoky character that adds depth without heaviness.
