100% Gewurztraminer.  Extremely delicious white wine, fruity -sweetie beginning and dry long finish! Literary reminisces of spice bazaars swept with warm breezes birthed by far-off sea-gazing cliffs. A wild urge for an imagined world, a place waiting to be explored by the curious mind of Marco Polo redux. TASTING NOTES: Complex aromas of cloves, litchi and rose petals. Extremely concentrated and structured on the palate, reminiscent of ripe fruit with Mediterranean notes and spicy reverberations. VINIFICATION: Twelve hours’ maceration on the skins, fermentation in steel, and maturation sur lie for 5 months.

Pale golden yellow with a fresh, floral nose of spring blossoms, lemon zest, and pear, layered with almond and vanilla from light oak aging. The palate is tight and vibrant at first, then gains roundness on the mid palate with fine lees texture and a long, saline finish that echoes citrus and subtle caramel. This special Réserve cuvée represents Mosnier’s richer expression of Chablis, crafted from old vines and partially aged in seasoned Burgundian oak. The term “Réserve” is not an official classification in Chablis but a producer’s selection that highlights extra depth, texture, and old-vine concentration. Produced in the hilly area of Roncà on volcanic soil ,famous Soave region. Bright straw yellow color. This wine recalls a floral and varietal fragrance next to scents that recall Acacia honey, nectarines, orange peel, and marjoram. On the palate, it is fresh and salty, revealing balance, and it is also characterized by a pleasant almond aftertaste/finish. Smoothly "rolling" when drink.
