Winemakers note:  our Chardonnay grow up in the Langhe hills, in a tuffaceous calcareous soil.  Our Bliss Blanc Chardonnay made with cryomaceration method which is the cold processing of grapes that allows the extraction of as many primary aromas as possible from the skins of the grapes. The result is a product with marked floral and fruity scents. The results is a fresh, delicate, elegant product with its rich hints of flowers and fruits. The perfume is a mix of floral and fruity notes, in particular white and yellow flowers can be perceived, as well as notes of peach, apple and pear. On the palate it is well structured, enveloping and with a great balance between flavor and acidity; the finish is persistent and elegant hints of vanilla can be perceived. Wine critics notes: Elegant and expressive, this wine has a very delicate  complex nose of exotic fruits and vanilla. Aromas of freshly cut lime,  dried apple,  peach and  followed by almonds on the palate. The weather situation induce us to an early harvest epoch thoughts. The heat, however, did slow the grapes development therefore we had an average harvest’s epoch which began on September 1 and ended on October 27. We immediately recognize the potential of an absolutely promising vintage when we saw the grapes quality brought to the cellar. The whites wines show enveloping and caressing fruit features VINIFICATIONTwelve hour cold maceration in contact with the skin, fermentation in stainless steel, five months on the fine lees. LOCATION / SOILHöfl unterm Stein in Söll near Tramin, at about 550 m above sea level. Heavy, loamy, chalky gravel with extremely low yields.

Grape variety: 100% famous Tokai, they are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: good acidity and aromatic complexity are the desired qualities.  The grapes are grown on a hill with marl typical of the Collio region. Grapes are soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperature of 16 °C. The wine is matured in steel tanks, aged "sur lies," until the spring to enhance the typical properties. Collio DOC area is located in the extreme North of Italy, among Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. This charming borderland features ample surfaces facing south, which⁹ are perfect for highly qualified viticulture. Here, vine growing dates back to pre-Roman times, and DOC was established in 1968. These hilly areas give origin to Collio DOC Pinot Grigio , a wine which expresses the vocation and potentiality of this area full of history, tradition and energy. This wine is aged in the bottle (2016-17 vintages), we taste the Friulano every week to be sure of the current quality of it. Very popular wine variety, Pinot Grigio, made in Venetian area. This wine is a delight to the eye with many hues changing from pale yellow to its characteristic sand colour, as well as to the nose with its slightly fruity bouquet accompanied by a light note of almonds. Soft and harmonious, slightly bitter in taste. Grape: 100% Pinot Grigio

Brilliant. Golden yellow with copper reflexes. Intense, ample and refined, starting with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. It evolves towards fruity notes of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit, with a delicate mineral note in the finish. Generous, soft and harmonic, it has the typical characteristics of its grape: a good acidity in a perfect balance with a pleasant softness and good structure. Citrus and intense spices bouquet, with charming creaminess. Rich in the mouth and very velvety. Full-flavored with very good length.
