$22.5/btl Ruby colour with purplish to garnet tinges. It is fragrant and perfumes a mosaic of fruit, herb , notes of cherry, green pepper, sage flower and hibiscus. Silky smooth with a very drinkable approach, this full-bodied wine glides across the palate with well balanced tannins. The tannins highlight flavors of cranberry, red plum and cardamom producing a long-lasting aftertaste . Enjoy through 2027. Vinification: grapes macerated for up to 24 days; wine is matured in oak barrels for 12-16 months.  Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc from famous Collio sub region.

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo.  Method of vinification: harvested by hand in boxes in October. The grapes are pressed and transferred into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Traditional fermentation with daily pumping of the must over the cap for at least 20/30 days, following which the wine is drawn off into casks of French oak holding 25 hl and/or second/third-fill French oak barriques. The Nebbiolo d’Alba stays here for up to 18 months before being bottled in Bordeaux bottles with natural corks. Cellared for a further 6 months in the bottle prior to release.Tatsing Notes: Elegant wine which is well-structured and at the same time fine and delicate. Varietal pale red, with clear-cut aroma of violets, roses and red berries, as well as overtones of the wood it is aged in. Its strong, yet refined character is brought out on the palate, with unobtrusive tannins and an almost sweet finish. A perfect match for soups, first courses, red and white meats, medium-mature cheeses. Very Limited quantity.

Grapes: 100% Barbera, are selected from 3 top vineyards of Monforte, Barolo and Castiglione Falletto; aging in casks for 6 months, and is bottled unfiltered. Ruby purple color with ripe red cherry aromas and vanilla. With hints of violets the Barbera d'Alba Tre Vigne is slightly rounder in structure than the Barbera d'Asti. On the palate it shows bright acidity, soft tannins with good integration of oak, good complexity and a lingering cherry finish. Food pairing: antipasti, rich salads, grilled seasoned vegetables, hearty soups/stews, pastas or with breaded veal, pork, chicken with light sauces.     Very low stock.

Outstanding structure, very round and full in all its facets. Very smooth and encircling structure, with hints of red fruits and blackberry jam.              Aging in oak barrel for 16-18 months and rest in cellar additional 8 months after bottling. Produced in Vezza d'Alba Grape: 100% Barbera 

 Aged in barrels for 18 months. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for 8 months.Valpolicella Ripasso takes its name from the particular method used to produce this wine. In February, the wine obtained from the grapes harvested in October is left to re-ferment with the skins of the grapes used for Amarone and Recioto production. With this second fermentation, the body, color, and alcoholic content of the wine is increased. Food Coupling: It pairs up well with all types of meat, both grilled and braised, and with aged cheeses. Grapes: 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella

The Gelso Nero, referred to as the "Organic Baby Caymus," has an intense ruby color with violet reflections. Maturing: in French oak barrels for a minimum 18 months and in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. Colour: intense ruby red. Aroma: vinous, ethereal, with notes of ripe fruits enhanced by a perceptible, yet faint, hint of wood. Taste: full, rich harmonious, which expresses the fragrance of Croatina grape with aftertaste of almond, raspberry and strawberry. Alcohol: 14%

The Impetum is a hymn to flavor and scent. The Pinot Grigio from Ferruccio Sgubin hails from a region in North Italy named Collio. The taste evolves toward fruity notes of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit, with a delicate mineral note on the finish. Generous, soft and harmonic, it has the typical characteristics of its grape: a good acidity in a perfect balance with a pleasant softness and good structure. As always, our wines are low in sulfites and organically produced by family-owned wineries.
