Rarity. 100% organic Barbera D'Alba grape;

Aging in oak barrel for 16-18 months and rest in cellar additional 8 months after bottling; storing additional 24+ months in company cellar.                       A big, intense, deep ruby red wine with marked aromas of jam, wild cherries, red berries and slight spicy overtones. Full-bodied and mouth-filling, with a typically fresh feel on the palate.

A perfect match for first courses, steak tartare, roasts, pork, game, cheese, flavorsome soups and aromatic fish chowders.
