CHARACTERISTICS: Our cuvée is a champenois blend dominated by pinot noir from the Aubois vineyard, known for its unique aromatic characteristics: 27% Pinot Meunier, a very rustic vine, which turns out to be one of the most suitable for the Champagne climate. Its robustness gives structure to the wine and brings in slight notes of red fruits and black cherry. Then 10% of Chardonnay, a fundamental grape variety of the Champagne vineyard, that adds minerality to the blend. Serving temperature 7° - 8° C - 12% vol  

Winemakers note: "A Jammy fruit from beginning to end starting with aromas of blueberry pie, nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth, flavors expand to include boysenberry, plum, blueberry and spice. This full bodied wine has a bold tannin structure and balanced acidity that lead to a long finish. This big wine is anything but petite.”

Grape variety: 100% Croatina(northern Primitivo /Zinfandel ); Average age of the vines: 20 – 30 years, very rear grape. Maturing: in French oak barrels for a minimum 18 months and in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. Colour: intense ruby red. Aroma: vinous, ethereal, with notes of ripe fruits enhanced by a perceptible, yet faint, hint of wood. Taste: full, rich harmonious, which expresses the fragrance of Croatina grape with aftertaste of almond, raspberry and strawberry. Alcohol: 14%

Only the finest, hand-selected Nero di Troia grapes were harvested for this special edition. Enjoy this fine wine, directly from the farms to your door. The Gelso Nero, referred to as the "Organic Baby Caymus," has an intense ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose it is rich in essences of red fruits, figs, hints of spices like black pepper and hints of cloves. Certified Organic EU Bottle volume: 750 ml. The Impetum is a hymn to flavor and scent. The Pinot Grigio from Ferruccio Sgubin hails from a region in North Italy named Collio. The taste evolves toward fruity notes of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit, with a delicate mineral note on the finish. Generous, soft and harmonic, it has the typical characteristics of its grape: a good acidity in a perfect balance with a pleasant softness and good structure. As always, our wines are low in sulfites and organically produced by family-owned wineries.

Grape:100% Garnachas Viejas 2015. Elaboration/Aging: 6 Month French Oak Barrel. Alcohol content: 13.5% , 0.75L. Ruby red color and violet tones with medium-high layer appearing clean and shiny. On the nose, this wine exhibits abundant red fruit aromas on a toasted background. Balanced acidity at the center of the palate, with a powerful body and well-structured tannins. The tannins are complex,  providing a smooth texture. The finish is long-lasting and complex, with fruity and toasted notes lingering on the palate. Food: Ideal to pair with strong cheeses, cured goat cheese, or Cabrales cheese, red meats, and stews.

Made from hand-selected, small-berry grapes from the higher sections of the vines. Barrel-aged for 9 to 11 months, this wine is intense in colour and aromas, velvety and elegant on the palate after a 15 month rest in bottle. 100% Tempranillo from the winery’s 40 plus year old vines.
