What's Inside:

Gevrey-Chambertin 2022, Claude Leblanc Dark cherry, blackberry, cassis, and violet with layers of licorice, pepper, and earth underneath. Structured and savory with fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins. Charming now but built to age 5 to 10 years. This is textbook Gevrey with real village character. Open it with beef, braised lamb, or aged cheeses.

Pommard "Les Noizons" 2021, Domaine Georges Joillot Customer favorite for a reason. Generous and polished with lifted red cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant layered with white pepper and violets. The palate is round and powerful but precise, with ripe tannins and a long savory finish that firms up beautifully with air. Classic clay limestone soils give it structure and perfume. Steak frites, roast lamb, duck breast, or Comté.

Nuits-Saint-Georges 2020, Claude Leblanc Built for the cellar. Deep ruby with red and black fruits, baking spice, licorice, and a subtle earthy note. Firm and finely structured with chewy but polished tannins and lively acidity. From the slopes around NSG and neighboring Prémeaux-Prissey on silt, gravel, and marl-limestone. Give it a few years or decant it now. Beef braised in red wine, roast poultry, or mature cheeses.
