A tiny 8.8 hectare single parcel on Kimmeridgian marl produces a Sancerre that’s tense, bright, and deeply mineral. Hand-picked on September 16, fermented with no chaptalization, and bottled in June 2024. Certified organic with a conversion plan toward Demeter.
The style is classic “terres blanches”: chalky structure, citrus lift, and a long, saline finish.
