From the very beginning, right up to today our wines tell the story of a passion for outstanding wines that led to the title of Purveyors to the Court being conferred on the Baron Di Pauli estate in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and established its international reputation at the court of the Russian Tsar in St. Petersburg. Our customers may no longer be emperors and tsars, but our wines are still not for everyone or everyday.

We spare no effort nor make any compromise in our striving to create outstanding wines of character. Vineyard yields are reduced to a minimum so that the vines can concentrate their entire strength in just a few grapes that are then picked by hand. Our highly motivated team shares not just our passion for wine, but also our desire for perfection.
