It is believed to come from Meath Gaelic meaning “heady”, as the grape from which it is produced, Muscat, is vinified dry. In an instant, chaos returns to pure harmony … is this what we call happiness? VINTAGESummer 2015 was characterized by higher than average temperatures and lack of rainfalls. The weather situation induce us to an early harvest epoch thoughts. The heat, however, did slow the grapes development therefore we had an average harvest’s epoch which began on September 1 and ended on October 27. We immediately recognize the potential of an absolutely promising vintage when we saw the grapes quality brought to the cellar. The whites wines show enveloping and caressing fruit features VINIFICATIONTwelve hour cold maceration in contact with the skin, fermentation in stainless steel, five months on the fine lees. LOCATION / SOILHöfl unterm Stein in Söll near Tramin, at about 550 m above sea level. Heavy, loamy, chalky gravel with extremely low yields.

Grape variety: 100% Arneis Organic An intense straw yellow colour with golden reflexes; delicate and light. The various flowery notes and in particular white flowers are evident to the nose. Sensations of peaches, melon and passion flower. In the mouth it is full, soft with sensations of apples and melon Pairing: A pleasant aperitif, pairs well with starters, fish, sushi, shell fish and light cheese.

Grape variety: 100% famous Tokai, they are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: good acidity and aromatic complexity are the desired qualities.  The grapes are grown on a hill with marl typical of the Collio region. Grapes are soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperature of 16 °C. The wine is matured in steel tanks, aged "sur lies," until the spring to enhance the typical properties. Collio DOC area is located in the extreme North of Italy, among Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. This charming borderland features ample surfaces facing south, which⁹ are perfect for highly qualified viticulture. Here, vine growing dates back to pre-Roman times, and DOC was established in 1968. These hilly areas give origin to Collio DOC Pinot Grigio , a wine which expresses the vocation and potentiality of this area full of history, tradition and energy. This wine is aged in the bottle (2016-17 vintages), we taste the Friulano every week to be sure of the current quality of it. Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Complex aromas with hints of white peach, lavender flowers, honey, vanilla and tropical fruits. Good structure, full, soft and long persistence. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence. Grape: Pecorino 100% from Abruzzo. Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging brief in bottle. Alc. vol. 13%

Citrus and intense spices bouquet, with charming creaminess. Rich in the mouth and very velvety. Full-flavored with very good length. Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc blend. Vinification :  The Riesling was produced by pressing whole grapes and fermenting them in stainless steel vats. The grapes of the Sauvignon were macerated for twelve hours prior to pressing, then a part of the must was placed into barrels for fermentation. All of the wines were stored for eight months on the yeast before beginning the assemblage in March. The wine has been in the bottle since April.  Tasting notes: The wine presents a bright, green yellow with golden reflections. The nose is evocative of gooseberry peaches, pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate, it reveals a lively flavor full of finesse, minerally texture and juicy acidity, with citrus fruit in the aftertaste with exotic echoes. Food-Wine Coupling: pleasant accompaniment to asparagus, fish and shellfish.
