Winemakers note:  our Chardonnay grow up in the Langhe hills, in a tuffaceous calcareous soil.  Our Bliss Blanc Chardonnay made with cryomaceration method which is the cold processing of grapes that allows the extraction of as many primary aromas as possible from the skins of the grapes. The result is a product with marked floral and fruity scents. The results is a fresh, delicate, elegant product with its rich hints of flowers and fruits. The perfume is a mix of floral and fruity notes, in particular white and yellow flowers can be perceived, as well as notes of peach, apple and pear. On the palate it is well structured, enveloping and with a great balance between flavor and acidity; the finish is persistent and elegant hints of vanilla can be perceived.
