This is one of Camparo's most representative wines, as it is the most characteristic of the only village where it is produced - Diano d'Alba. Our Sori is Bric Camparo. Sori means a vineyard with the best exposure to the sun in the local Piedmontese region. This is one of the Langa's historic wines, so it goes wonderfully with our local dishes as well as others, such as tagliatelle with meat sauce, filled pastas, cold cuts, boiled meats, poultry and semi-hard cheeses. Diano d'Alba can be called the local farmer's wine. It used to be the most popular wine to drink with meals in the Langhe region. From famous Piemonte region , home of Barolo (Nebbiolo ).  Bright, straw yellow color with very complex, long, clear-cut nose of citrus and fruity aromas. Expansive, fresh, green apple slightly crisp and salty taste, with a full, soft and smooth finish. 100% Arneis organic   Vintage: 2016. Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo.  Method of vinification: harvested by hand in boxes in October. The grapes are pressed and transferred into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Traditional fermentation with daily pumping of the must over the cap for at least 20/30 days, following which the wine is drawn off into casks of French oak holding 25 hl and/or second/third-fill French oak barriques. The Nebbiolo d’Alba stays here for up to 18 months before being bottled in Bordeaux bottles with natural corks. Cellared for a further 6 months in the bottle prior to release.Tatsing Notes: Elegant wine which is well-structured and at the same time fine and delicate. Varietal pale red, with clear-cut aroma of violets, roses and red berries, as well as overtones of the wood it is aged in. Its strong, yet refined character is brought out on the palate, with unobtrusive tannins and an almost sweet finish. A perfect match for soups, first courses, red and white meats, medium-mature cheeses. Very Limited quantity.
