In an instant, chaos returns to pure harmony … is this what we call happiness? VINTAGESummer 2015 was characterized by higher than average temperatures and lack of rainfalls. The weather situation induce us to an early harvest epoch thoughts. The heat, however, did slow the grapes development therefore we had an average harvest’s epoch which began on September 1 and ended on October 27. We immediately recognize the potential of an absolutely promising vintage when we saw the grapes quality brought to the cellar. The whites wines show enveloping and caressing fruit features VINIFICATIONTwelve hour cold maceration in contact with the skin, fermentation in stainless steel, five months on the fine lees. LOCATION / SOILHöfl unterm Stein in Söll near Tramin, at about 550 m above sea level. Heavy, loamy, chalky gravel with extremely low yields.

Full-bodied and mouth-filling, with a typically fresh feel on the palate. A perfect match for first courses, steak tartare, roasts, pork, game, cheese, flavorsome soups and aromatic fish chowders. 100% Arneis grape from Piemonte (Famous Barolo country). Another Iconic Italian white wine. Aroma: Delicate bouquet of white flowers, acacia, honey and chamomile. Taste: At the same time dry and velvety, remarkably pleasant and full-bodied on the palate. Color: Straw yellow sometimes more intense. SERVICE TEMPERATURES AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS 10-12°C . Ideal with starters, fish, and shellfish. Preferably, drink this wine young.

Sangiovese, Merlot red blend. Fermentation on skins for 12 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature practicing pumping over and delestage. Refined in cement vats and steel tanks, elevated in bottle. Intense ruby red, bouquet of red berries, cinnamon, spices hints and a long finish. Winemakers note:  our Chardonnay grow up in the Langhe hills, in a tuffaceous calcareous soil.  Our Bliss Blanc Chardonnay made with cryomaceration method which is the cold processing of grapes that allows the extraction of as many primary aromas as possible from the skins of the grapes. The result is a product with marked floral and fruity scents. The results is a fresh, delicate, elegant product with its rich hints of flowers and fruits. The perfume is a mix of floral and fruity notes, in particular white and yellow flowers can be perceived, as well as notes of peach, apple and pear. On the palate it is well structured, enveloping and with a great balance between flavor and acidity; the finish is persistent and elegant hints of vanilla can be perceived. Wine critics notes: Elegant and expressive, this wine has a very delicate  complex nose of exotic fruits and vanilla. Aromas of freshly cut lime,  dried apple,  peach and  followed by almonds on the palate. It’s medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a smooth, almost waxy texture. The lengthy finish leaves a lasting impression in its clean and powerful feel. Grape: 100% Chardonnay from Piemonte

Aromas of tilled earth, Asian spice and mature black-skinned fruit come together on this hearty red. Mirroring the nose, the robust palate evokes dried cherry marinated in spirits, ground pepper and a dollop of vanilla. Handpicked in September, the grapes are dried gently in well ventilated rooms for around 3-4 months, concentrating their flavours, sweetness and colour. In winter, the grapes are crushed, fermentation starts with natural yeast and then the must is filled into 500-1000 litre oak barrels to finish. The wine matures in wood for 30-36 months before bottling. Food-Wine Pairing: Steak, pork based stews, and game are its natural accompaniments Grape: 65% Corvina, 15% Corvinone + 10% Rondinella + 10% other varieties grown in Bastia in the Veneto region of North Eastern Italy.

Bright, ruby-red, with scarlet highlights. Intense and lingering, with hints of ripe fruit, in particular: plums and blackberries... and a nice touch of marasca cherry. A fresh and elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne with iodized and citrus notes, which we like to put on the most beautiful tables. BLANC DE BLANCS. L’ASSEMBLAGE: 100% Chardonnay, 60% de vins de 2017, 40% de vins de reserve 2015 and older. Citrus aromas, iodized and mineral notes; Jeanne is a fine and elegant Champagne , dosage: 10 g/L. Serve between 6 and 8°C. it will be perfect from the aperitif to the dessert.

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo, Piemonte. Average age of the vines: 40-60 years. A full bodied wine, with an intense aroma and long persisting on the palate. Garnet deep red color with brick-red nuances. Aroma: intense, complex with dominant of cherry and violet and jams.Taste: a full bodied,  powerful, tasty with high level and harmonic tannins; warm and full-flavoured with dominate features of violet , dark chocolate wrapped in rose.Alcohol: 14%.    Maturing: in big barrel for 40 months(2+ years) / in bottle for 6 months Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games. Perfect also for spicy Asian food. Serving temperature: 18°C in stem glassed for full-body red wines. Open the bottle at least two hours before serving.

 Ruby red in colour, compact and dark. On the nose it is of great intensity and elegance, with both fruity and vegetable sensations. The nose-profile range moves from red-berried fruits such as black cherries, blackberry and blackcurrant to the vegetable aromas of bell pepper. The palate is important and elegant with a rich, full and pleasant body. It shows a freshness with velvety overtones. A long finish confirms and develops the nose. The grapes are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: maturation of skins and tannins is sought. This wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 26°C. It remains on its skins for a period of 12 days. It is refined 50% in steel tanks and 50% in small oaken barrels with 500 liter capacity where the malolactic fermentation takes place for a period of 14-16 months. At the end of the maturation process, it is bottled without filtering to preserve its maximum integrity. It is refined in the bottle for at least 4 months. Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc The Collio DOC area is located in the extreme North of Italy, among Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. This charming borderland features ample surfaces facing south, which are perfect for highly qualified viticulture. Here, vine growing dates back to pre-Roman times, and DOC was established in 1968. These hilly areas give origin to Collio DOC Pinot Grigio, a wine which expresses the vocation and potentiality of this area full of history, tradition and energy.

Sensations of peaches, melon and passion flower.
